Small fits most sizes 0-4 (35" long, 5 sets of holes between 23"-31")

Medium fits most sizes 6-14 (41" long, 5 sets of holes between 28"-37")

Large fits most sizes 14-20 (47" long, 5 sets of holes between 34"-43")

Extra Large fits most sizes 20-24 (50" long, 5 sets of holes between 36"-46")
