We offer refunds and exchanges for purchases within the past 30 days. After 30 days we unfortunately cannot offer refunds or exchanges. To be eligible for a refund, we ask that you bring proof of purchase (if you used a credit card bringing that will suffice). The product must be in its original packaging, unopened if applicable.
If you think a product is damaged or defective in any way, please call us or email us within 30 days. We will happily refund or exchange after evaluation.
When approved, refunds are in the currency used for purchase or, if you’d like, store credit. When possible we are happy to exchange your item for something of equal value, such as a different size or color of the returned item. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase!
If you made a purchase in our online shop and are unable to return in person, you are responsible for the shipping costs of the item you return. Thanks.
